"Wow this store is horrible. If I could give it no stars. I would. It is so messy and the staff is so rude. The shoes I found were dirty and had hair all over the bottom. The staff would not look to see if they had any more of the shoe in the store and could not give me a discount for dirty shoes? Horrible. I will never recommend this store or go back to this store."
"First off I was never greeted! The store was so incredibly messy. I found shoes went up to the counter with 3 pair of shoes. First off she stated that I had 2 right shoes. Ok so she went and got the matching shoe “ ummm I got home and not only had this shoe she went and got out of the back room been worn and dirty even dirty shoe laces. It is kinda the same shoe but after review it is completely not the same shoe. Ironically she completely looked at them kinda made sure they were a match, they are visibly dirty, and the puma emblem is completely different on each shoe. I also would like to add how rude she was that I had brought up 2 right shoes. Well that’s the pair that were in the box. What I’m the world she kept eyeing me up and down as if I was trying to do something shady like buy 2 right shoes. I have never in my life felt so uncomfortable. I also might add that the original box I brought up said 39.99 and she brought back and charged me 64.99 it’s like it was a bait and switch! This was the sketchiest encounter I’ve ever experienced. At the riverdale ut store. Also the 2 pair of sandals that I grabbed in size 9 are definitely about a size 7 what a freaking joke."
"Shoe Depot has a REALLY Good selection of shoes, socks & purses!! This is the 1st store I go to for my shoes AND I bet a lot of people don't know they have layaway too. I LOVE having that option!!"
