"We were greeted by the friendliest and kindest gentleman as soon as we walked in. His name was Kurt. This is the first time we had ever been greeted so warmly at this store! He asked what we were looking for, and sent us in the right direction. The young lady in the shoe department was juggling multiple customers, but was very friendly and helpful in spite of the fact that she had to keep going to the back to look for additional inventory for everyone she helped. She assisted us in getting the size we needed, and we headed back to the front of the store where Kurt again greeted us, and was so kind and fun while he checked us out. He even included our daughter in the conversation, which she enjoyed! We will most definitely be shopping here again because of Kurt!"
"I don’t typically write reviews for places or people. But I feel like I need to give a big shout out to Sawyer. I came in tonight to help my son look for a pair of basketball shoes. Sawyer was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, kind, charismatic, and just a good genuine person. Sawyer listened to our wants and needs. Sawyer was personable and just a stand out employee. Definitely deserves a shout out! Also while we were checking out another employee (Allie) was kind, Helpful and had a great attitude! I’ve never experience customer service like I did tonight. Thanks again sawyer and Allie"
"If I could give them zero stars I would. I asked to use the bathroom and they said I couldn’t. I needed to go somewhere else. I explained I’m 6 months pregnant and asked again to use the bathroom. They told me to go somewhere else and find one. Thankfully home depot let me and were confused when I asked if I could use theirs. And were shocked when I told them what happened."
"Needed a new pair of shoes. The clerk at the cash register was very welcoming. I found the shoe I wanted to try on, but there is no one there to help me. The only person I could find was back up at the register. She called for some assistance. After standing there for a good five minutes, a person came out of the back room. They got me the shoe I was looking for, but then took off. Not sure what I expected, but was a little put out about having to track down a salesman for help gives them an average rating"
"Their sale prices are pretty good. You gotta get there early for sale price though. Items become out of stock quickly."
