"Shame on this shop and its owner for the lack of transparency and maintenance of their SxS’s. The base rental is about $200-400 above what the website says, then there is an added cost for fuel, helmets and insurance. The belt on the SxS is a part that should not be the customers responsibility as the customer previous could have driven hard, leaving a belt ready to break for the next customer. The belt broke on ours about 1.5 hours in while driving ON A STRAIGHT GRAVEL ROAD at about 45-50 mph. The tool and replacement belt was not in the SXS like they said, so we had to go all the way back to the shop to get the new belt and tools… because we were not about to be UPCHARGED again. They wanted $350/hour to come do it. We quickly replaced it and headed back to the shop, then they told us we would be charged $250 for the belt, $165 for insurance, which covered nothing, while we did the labor for them and a $100 LATE FEE?! This place sucks. Bunch of upcharging SCAMMERS. Go elsewhere! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Moreover, their multiple Google listings (ATV Rentals Sand Hollow, Sand Hollow ATV, UTV Pros, and Coral Sand ATV Rentals) are a deliberate attempt to evade negative reviews and boost online visibility, which is against Google's policies. If you look at these websites, they are all the same company. Avoid this one (and the others listed at this location) and instead opt for a transparent and reputable ATV rental provider. Don't let them drain your finances and spoil your trip."
