"The old married couple that manage this place is pretty goofy. They contradict themselves a lot and aren’t really friendly. Most of the time they are in this old person type of grumpy mood so they can be unprofessional and rude with people. The wife is a very frustrating person to talk to. She just wants to argue. The residents are good people though. Just the managers that are hard to deal with."

"Overall I've been living here for the past 15+ years and its been good until the new management came, couldn't do anything freely.. Our new normal is restricted, it feels like we have been treated differently... I talk to my fellow neighbors and friends that live there, And it seems to me that they don't like us... The married couple (managers) contradict themselves and nothing makes sense anymore.. If you ever consider living here, Don't. Update: A lot of rules are ridiculous, And I'm pretty sure a lot of people would agree with me. And telling me to go move It's not just rude, it's unprofessional. It's a lot harder than you think to move out, Since you don't know everyone's financial situation."

"They had a little place for visitors to park. It was a nice clean, well kept park. We had a nice visit with our daughter and her family."

"Good evening! I have called several times and have also stopped into the office multiple times. No one answers and no one is at the office, this is between 9am-5pm. I have also left voicemails. Today at 6:49 I finally received a phone call from your work office from a lady. I asked who I was speaking with and got no response. I asked to speak with the manager and she did not answer if the manager was available or if she was the manager on duty. I am trying to resolve an issue involving my daughter and her vehicle. This is a minor that we are having an issue with and it has happened on your property at canyon view. The lady that answers the phone asked if I was the person that called the other day and she repeated my name “is this Joseph that called the other day”? I responded with “yes it is the same person” she then said “this conversation is over” and hung up on me. Is this how you handle business at canyon view? I am trying to resolve an issue. Seems like there is no one to call or try to get information on this matter. I would appreciate professionalism as you are a mobile home park establishment and have an office that should be respectful and responsive when there are issues that happen on the property. I will say that this has been an unpleasant experience with your staff and definitely unprofessional. I would like a call back from the property manager/landlord/owner or a response in this matter. Thank you! (This is the email I sent)"
