My 2nd Home Vacation Rentals

"Our vacation rental was beyond expectation for 4 couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and the gathering areas were spacious and comfortable. We had one issue with the pool fab which was solved immediately with one call. The owners left ideas of the best places to explore. Southern Utah is beautiful! We will be back. We highly recommend this vacation rental."

"Condo is roomy, mostly as described, and the beds are comfortable. As for a few other things, we were not super impressed. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher we didn't even realize were there until we saw there were only 4 spoons in the silverware drawer and had to start looking for more (there was significant amount of food stuck to silverware and plates, so they were obviously not just clean sitting in there waiting to be put away). There was no information about the resort anywhere in the condo, only directions to the pools on the wall. Las Palmas Resort has a lot more amenities than just the pools and having that information would be nice. It's time to update the outlets in the condo.... or at least invest in some charging stations so we don't have to unplug lamps and alarm clocks to plug in phone chargers. It's a simple fix. Then we found several wet pool towels still in the washing machine when I went to use the washer/dryer (FYI, the washer/dryer unit is behind the door that looks like it goes out to the patio. Next to the dining room table is not an obvious place to do laundry, but at least it was there). There were no "starter" supplies for the washer/dryer either even though there were containers clearly labeled for them sitting on top of the machine. I feel like the condo was mostly clean, but now I'm wondering after finding the dirty dishes and wet towels just how thorough the cleaning job was?? For the money paid to rent this condo (cleaning fees, damage deposit, etc.), I'm not sure it was worth it."

"The location was perfect for us. Everything was within 10-15 minutes which was really convenient. This Condo was very spacious. There was plenty of sleeping room for the 7 of us. It was nice to be able to sit on the patio in the mornings and evenings. Very pretty view as you can watch the sunset. We were very close to the playground and pool which was a plus, would have been nice if this was the bottom floor for the kids to play without having to go downstairs around to the back. The back door was really confusing on how to lock, the directions didn’t really make sense. Was a little disappointed that there was no TV in the room with bunk beds. Air circulation in that room isn’t the greatest. There isn’t a fan in the room so the beds don’t allow for the air to reach the bottom beds. Beds were a little too firm but not bad. The dishwasher smelled really bad so we washed everything by hand and towel dried. I’m not sure if it works as the dishes we pulled out to use were dirty. The faucet had food on it like it wasn’t cleaned. Not many cooking utensils and nothing to clean the grill- used the Aluminum foil we brought to clean it. Loved having a washer and dryer!! Being there for a 5 day softball tournament, we had to do a few loads. Made it so nice I didn’t have to come home and wash all our laundry. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we came back to St. George. I would recommend it."

"The cabin was perfect. It was very clean and well stocked, it made our stay very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, black out blinds were much appreciated. We had a great time and hope to return someday. Communication with the host was accurate and timely."

"We had to change our stay at the last minute and they were so accommodating to let us reschedule at a later date without loosing our deposit. The place was well kept, clean, and very accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped with needed appliances and dishes. The owners were quick to respond to any of our concerns. The children loved being close to the playground and swimming pool. I will choose this company when we plan another stay."
