"It was a great jump off location for bryce zion in the north room of the grand canyon. There was no room service for the week so I can't comment on that. But rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils beds were comfortable."

"We have been coming here for years. They have recently made several improvements. Our family loved the addition of the mini golf course, shuffleboard, horse shoe pit, and more. They even put decorations for Halloween at the mini golf course. The rooms have been remodeled as well since our last stay. We were impressed. The staff went above and beyond and was quick to respond to any issues. A battery in a fire detector started beeping. They were there within minutes."

"Overall this resort is well liked by my family and myself. Let's go over the pros and cons. 1. The customer service is top notch. The check in process was smooth, helpful and was informative. The concierge was a huge help since we were new to the area. Love the fruit infused water and the popcorn at night. 2. Loved the pools Yes they haven't one yet 2 pools. They also have a swimming area and play area for littles. 3. The hot tubs were nice yet I would have liked them to be heated to a higher temperature. 4. Enjoyed the cabana and the game room. Along with the shuffleboard and ping pong. Yet the also had horseshoe and pool. The put put golf was newly installed yet it was very difficult to keep the balls on the greens due to no borders. 5. The kitchen in the 3 bedroom suite had almost everything, yet a crockpot or insta pot would be great. The ice machine was not producing much ice however. 6. The BBQ was clean and cooked our food relatively evenly. 7. The whole place including the rooms was well kept up and very clean. 8. Lots of parking with 2 outlets for charging your hybrid or electric cars. 110 volt outlet The cons. 1. The beds were rock hard, if you like this than that's a plus, yet we found it too firm. 2. The patio was spacious yet lacking a couch or lounge chairs. 3. There are no screens to them patio doors which meant you had to leave the door closed during the evening which we like to have fresh air . 4. The couch was very clean yet no pillows or blankets to use. pp Overall, I would highly recommend this resort and would come back to stay. Hopefully they will upgrade the mattress soon."

"Love this place. So quiet and peaceful. Rooms were very nice. Plenty of covered parking. Nice pool, could have been heated. Hot tub could have been a little hotter. We had a nice view from our patio. Also our own private grill."
