"There is no help on the physical therapy phone line. I’ve tried to cancel appointments and am placed on hold for hours. Terrible customer service. This is a constant ongoing issue. Since they manage their appointments it makes this impossible to deal with"

"The SLC VA campus is a very clean and structured campus with excellent staff who either served themselves and/or are committed to serving veterans with the very best care possible. Sharing medical doctors and staff who also work nearby at the University of Utah Hospital located just across the street."

"Wasn’t an option for 0 stars so yeah…this place is awful, no idea what they’re doing, I also take the blame for expecting a minimal amount of competency."

"I moved from the Boise area to the Idaho Falls area. I was told I had to switch to the SLC VA system. This has been the worst experience I have had with the VA. I can't even get through to the enrollment department. I've stayed on the phone for days and can't get through. The messaging system tells me to "leave a message" but then doesn't go to an answering machine or give me the option to go to one. There couldn't be a worse enrollment transfer process than dealing with the people in SLC, Utah VA system. I'm to the point where I may have to drive all the way down to SLC just to see if actual people are in the building."

"My Dad is a patient and everytime I call for his room, I'm put on hold for 15-25 minutes. I have to hang up and call back (on average) of 5 times to get someone who knows how to transfer the call. Half the time when I am transferred, I'm transferred to a patient that is not my father. Their receptionists are an absolute joke and have zero competency in the skills required to be successful at their position."
