"I had 2 missed calls from the pharmacy in a 2 hour time frame. The second time they left a message. I did not know they left a message to begin with because I barely missed the call and immediately called back. When someone answered I asked why they were calling me and explained I have never been to that pharmacy before. They asked me what my phone number was so I gave it to them. Then they asked my name and I told them. I then said there are more people linked to the phone number though and I would not give any more names until I knew what it was about. He immediately said rudely you don't have to be like that I'm just trying to figure things out. I then said I'm not trying to be rude I've just had my information compromised more than once and yes by medical too that's why I am leery on giving out information. He then said rudely we will just remove the phone number and hung up. I then saw I had a message and listened to it. It was the pharmacy calling for my son I don't have contact with. So I decided to be nice and call back to give them his phone number so they could get a hold of him. I called back and this time a female answered. I explained the situation and she rudely said we don't have that number on file (my number). I explained that it was because I called a minute ago and they said they would remove the number. I then asked if she wanted my son's number and she rudely said no we will just call the number on file. I then said if you have his number on file then why did you call mine? She replied rudely with it must've been an old number on file. I just feel like they could've handled it better."

"Apparently this Walmart thinks it’s appropriate to get consent from husband for birth control instead of just filling the prescription the doctor prescribed. I don’t know about you but it’s not my husbands body and if you need to talk to someone about insurance you can call the insurance company"
