"I chose not to eat here because the smell of the restaurant was not appealing when we went in at 6pm. And the dirty entrance rug was on a booth seat and the TRASH CAN was on TOP of one of the tables. Did not get the feeling of cleanliness. My husband ordered the Italian sub, which he said was good even though the bread was hard. Service was fast and courteous."
"This is the most ENTERTAINING JJ’s around. Why? It’s so fascinating to have someone make your sandwich wrong 4 out of 5 times. Yes, I still come back because it’s JJ and well, the bread! I’m awarding some stars for being freaky fast, not serving expired food, and being easy to interact with. But dang, making the sandwich someone asked for is pretty high on your list of things to do. I’m not asking for anything crazy. Even pure menu sandwiches come wrong. After 6-7 times, it’s gone from frustrating to fascinating human experience and social experiment."

"This location has always been quick and has never messed up an order. The drive thru is a little cramped, but usually not an issue since they are fast enough to not let it back up. Everyone on the staff that I've met has been friendly also. Edit: been a couple times since my last review and it has gone downhill. The service is still good, but the sandwiches have gotten a lot smaller. Not sure if company wide or if this location just stopped putting as much on their sandwiches. My ultimate porker was anything but ultimate."
