"We frequent this Taco Bell. They are usually really quick & food is good. We almost always get the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken burritos. So good."
"Stopped in for a quick bite at 3:25 PM stood at the counter waiting to be helped. No one acknowledged me. There were four people working three cooking and one ordering for the drive-through. I thought I was gonna get helped after the drive-through customer was helped but unfortunately someone else pulled up to the drive-through and, the worker proceeded to take their order as well. Just not a great experience. Obviously poor Management."
"Went up to the counter to place my order when I was quickly rerouted to place my order through the kiosk....sigh. 5 minutes later after finding what I was looking for, I was then redirected back to the counter to pay with cash. Where has the human element gone in customer service? Is it that we are hiring individuals who do not know how to communicate? Or could it also be individuals who cannot communicate to customers who no longer know how to communicate? We have become a socially retarded society and food chains like this are simply propelling the speed in which we do so."
"Grilled cheese burrito $4.89. Prices keep going up and quality and portions keep going down. In the pictures you can see I got a tortilla with a little meat and sauce."
"Place was very clean. Only three sets of diners were in the restaurant and it took so long for us to get our food. Asked for a burrito with sour cream, and paid for sour cream, but didn’t receive sour cream. Only two employees were working, so it was understandable it would take some time, but drive through got priority, and food wasn’t as ordered. Nacho fries were reportedly delicious by my kid."
