"Honestly done with this location. I always order pickup and every. Single. Time. They don’t start our order until we get there to pick it up. Each time we’ve been there’s been no more than one other person ordering or sitting - so I don’t see a reason for them to wait on the order. Not to mention 2 of those 3 times my order has been wrong. Visited tonight 01/31/24 and it was wrong again. Happy to make the drive to Orem now to order and highly encourage you to do so as well since non of the workers seem to care about their job, or are ever nice to customers."

"I love cup bop, I make it a point to stop in every time I can. This time we stopped in with the family and ordered 6 bowels with different levels of spice, meats, and veggies. When the ordered arrived NOTHING was labeled. When I asked about it the person who made it was very rude and told me to figure it out. When I reminded him he was more familiar with it and could easily guild me he said, “I’m not going to stick my finger in it and tell you.” Sick of rude behavior. I’m out."
