"Had my baby girl extremely early due to preeclampsia and was talking great care of in the most traumatic time of me and my daughters life. She really knows what she is doing and listens to her patients. Really glad I switched to her when I did."

"My OB left St. Francis in November so I was referred to Dr. Shoun. I waited 3 months for an appointment I did not get to have due to the UNREASONABLE policy of this office. My appointment was scheduled for 3:15 p.m. I was advised to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I arrived in the office at 2:47 and was told I was late and would have to reschedule. They refused to allow me to be seen that day. I pleaded with the staff and they couldn't have cared less. They said that I would not have time to fill out the paperwork and I should have filled it out online but I never received it or I would have. I have never heard of such an unreasonable office policy where no amount of grace is given. I will take this as a blessing in disguise as I would not want to have to deal with uncaring people like this for 9 months. I did not have the chance to meet this doctor but if this is the type of environment she encourages then no thank you!"

"I love Dr. Shoun as a doctor. She’s very nice and friendly and good at making you feel comfortable in the room. However, I’m giving a 1 star because of her office staff. They are the reason I will not be going back to this office. When Dr. Shoun switched locations they somehow lost my information in their system. When I called to make an appointment the girl on the phone asked me 3 times if I had another last name she could look me up under. Don’t you think after one time of assuring her I’ve only ever had one last name she should’ve realized I wouldn’t suddenly remember having another last name? When I finally got to my appointment (which was booked out 4 months) they insisted that I called and moved my appointment to two weeks out even though I know I didn’t call. And I said I couldn’t come at the time they switched my appointment to, they said sorry she’s booked out to October. Well if that’s the case why could I “change” it last time? They are very rude and unprofessional and uncaring. Because of the staff I will never go to Dr. Shoun again. I don’t recommend going to this OBGYN office because the staff is terrible."
