"Don't recommend going here we have gone back several time hoping it will get better and it’s not. this last time we went the chicken sandwich the middle was raw the fries were cold and hard and are potatoes and gravy the lid wasn’t on it it got dumped all over the bag. and we didn’t get are whole meal we went in to ask for the rest of it and it took them forever to come help us then nobody spoke english. this happened at the provo location next to burger king and wendy’s. Edit… my husband and i went again tonight hoping for a better experience 1/19/24 we went and ordered are food and the chick at the window was so rude my husband just grabbed some cash when we left and didn’t think to grab his wallet we were $5 short and the lady at the window laughed at us for a while then just closed the window and started talking to one of the other workers. she was so rude about everything and they have is hafe of what we ordered. we were very frustrated with hot they all acted it’s was reduced definitely never ever going back there again. we have complained to the manger and nothing gets done. do better KFC provo…"

"Ordered the 2 daily specials Chicken Fried Steak meal. ask red for the coleslaw to be exchanged with Sweet Corn and Mac-n-Cheese, but when I received my meal, that didn't happen. Also, if you only offer 2 sizes of drinks, there is no medium that would be small or large. Drink prices are ridiculously expensive for a 16-ounce drink."

"I've been to probably over 20 different KFC's in my life. All over the country. And because I was visiting this restaurant around 3:00 PM I was expecting chicken not as fresh as usual. But wow! It was fresh, moist and delicious. Service was top notch. Restaurant was clean and organized. I will be back!"

"Very poor communication and customer service. Told me they were "out of fry sauce" when I asked for some because I thought my meals came with fries. Instead of communicating the misunderstanding and allowing me to add to my order, the employees pulled me forwards to cheat the time system and rudely handed me the order without telling me there were no fries. Also charged me for a strawberry lemonade upcharge on both meals but didn't give me the correct drink."

"I ordered original recipe chicken, but what I was served was missing 7 or 8 of the original herbs and spices. We were the only people waiting to order, but it still took 10 minutes to get an employee to notice that we were there... and every table in the dining room was dirty, as well as the drink atation being a mess. Really not impressed."
