"Came into this store today after having an issue a a different location. I went to McDonald’s to get an iced coffee this morning and I get halfway to work when I realized that they put cream in my coffee and I am lactose intolerant. So I think no big deal McDonald’s has a policy just for this kind of situation something do with brand ambassadors I cant remember exactly. Well I went in and asked for help. The general manager failed to provide any kind of service and just kept on insisting it wasn’t her store that made the mistake and they are gonna help me. so here I am at work with out my coffee writing the most professional review I can with out breaking my phone in anger from lack of my morning coffee due to pure incompetence"

"Reliable and consistent I'm a big fan of their classic Big Mac and fries - they're consistently good no matter where I am. The fries are always the right mix of crispy and salty, and who can resist that classic burger taste? Also, their breakfast options are a lifesaver on early mornings. The place is generally clean and well-kept, which is always a plus. Sure, it's not gourmet dining, but for fast food, they really get it right most of the time. It's a solid 4-star experience for me. Good food, quick service, and a familiar menu that always delivers what you expect. Perfect for those busy days when you just need a quick bite."

"McDonald’s is iconic. But fast food, and service change, gone are the happy employees asking “Welcome to McDonald’s, May I take your order” Now the corporation wants you to use the App or the kiosk if you order in the building. The Drive Thru is still a thing of convenience, expedites if you are in a rush, and helps minimize human interaction. So rather than complain about how service has changed or how the food use to be, I’ll write about what I love. I love the #McRib . Sure it’s heavily processed #pork meat formed into a rib type patty, however it creates a soft, consistent texture that I appreciate. The pork meat is drenched in a yummy, sweet Barbecue sauce, similar to Cattleman’s. The sauced meat sits in-between a toasted soft bun. The sandwich has fresh onion chunks, placed on the meat, and a couple slices of pickle which helps give it a nice acid note to cut thru the rich meat and sauce. Sure the McRib is a limited item and that might add to my love of it, it’s a lover coming around only when it feels like it. I’m taken back in love, and nostalgia, every time it returns. I’m happy with Memories of my father who also loved the McRib. I can still order the sandwich and a large beverage, go find a table, and remember the good times I’ve had at McDonald’s. Refill my Diet Dr. Pepper again, and sip on its pleasure inducing liquid. The McRib isn’t for everyone, but it’s for me. When I share it with friends and family, I’m sharing a part of me, and what I enjoy. I’ll be sad when it’s gone. I will long for its return, and when it does I’ll rekindle my loving relationship with the tasty sandwich. Other things from McDonalds that I enjoy, also for mostly strong nostalgic reasons, the Cheeseburger, McChicken Sandwich, Chicken Nuggets with the special dipping sauces, The Big Mac. These menu items are always around, which I’m thankful for, so I can go anytime and enjoy them, now without the old familiar salutation “Welcome to McDonald’s, May I Take your order”"

"I don't know where to start the crew member in the drive through the second window a Hispanic man about 5:11 and his mid-twenties yelled ate more than once bc they messed up on a soda size He kept yelling and talking disrespectful and then I started to get angry and told his manage she tried to hurry me away from the window and "hold him back' while he called me out and was coming to the window close .I go ally yelled back at him and told him r u serious?I'm old enough almost to be ur mom.if u were my son and treated a woman like that I would slap u and I made the motion in my hand.he then called me out and told me to come in there and FIGHT HIM!his manager was trying to calm him down and talk in between us then something about the cops and he said yeah I'll call the cops on u bc u threatened me.i told him again r u serious? Theanger wriggled her way in front of him and handed me a large soda the drink he yelled at me for he was making gestures to me with his hands then I told her no it's not about the soda it's about the fact he is disrespectful and I've never been treated this way by a food worker.AND I WORK IN FOOD!yes also I understand ur Spanish both of u just fyi.finally he came to the front of her and said to me in a sarcastic manner I'm sorry if u think I yelled at u which I didn't but if u think I did im sorry and will u move bc i have a line.ON TOP OF ALL THAT THE FOOD WAS OLD!!!!we got it home and the hashbrowns were old and soggy everything cold and not mins but like staging long time made way ahead.obvioisly all they care about is their computer drive thru times..what's worse is I know noone will care or do anything and 23$ down the drain.and this experience I'll NEVER forget!"

"How can you charge someone for a large fry and not even give them what they ask for? On top of that the fries are always soggy or really hard. How do you guys get to passing food through that is very smashed and very greasy. It’s time to fix your service. Be a company that serves great food, every time I come it’s always something new happening with my order and I’m sick of it."
