"I rarely leave reviews, but when I feel I’ve been ripped off, I have to say something. I’ve been a huge fan of this establishment since they opened. I probably eat here two to three times a week. Over the past year or so I’ve noticed the quality and the amount of food has changed significantly. I almost always order the large Chocovado açaí bowl and split it into two. The small bowls they come in are almost always full, but lately, the small bowls are HALF full. Take a look at the pictures to see. It’s like they took a medium bowl, split into two, but charged me for a large. I really hope they get a manager in there who can get this place back to the wonderful, quality establishment it used to be."
"I am a loyal customer of the place but in recent visits I have always been disappointed with the açaí. We always order the chocovado in large and it is as if they gave us a normal size one. Why pay more if they only fill half the bowl?. $16 usd for a regular bowl in a large bowl? There are some kids who do their job well, others just want to get out of the order quickly."
"The Açai bowls at Protein Foundry are simply delicious. Besides their taste, what truly surprised me is the price, which is very competitive compared to other places. Here, they serve generous portions that leave you completely satisfied. The atmosphere is cozy, and the decoration is excellent, making the experience even more enjoyable. However, I believe they could improve in terms of customer service. On several occasions, I noticed that there were many children working, apparently without the supervision of an adult to guide them in providing 100% quality service. Despite this, I always come back to this place because I have evaluated others, and without a doubt, they serve really well here."
