"We’ve been eating here for a while and they’ve always been consistent with the food. We placed a pickup order, and it said that we could add a free shake. For some reason the website glitched when the order was placed and it didn’t show that we had a shake. I spoke with Andrew & Carrera about this and they were extremely kind and helpful with getting it solved. This is a great location to visit!"
"Just recently went here for the first time and had the best experience. Andrew, One of staff there was so nice and kind and gave me great recommendations on the food. It was by far was one of the best burger I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!"
"We’ve been multiple times to this location and have enjoyed our visits. Our last two visits sadly have been below average. Our chicken sandwiches last time were overly dressed and ended up a soggy mess. This time (take out) my wife’s char burger was well undercooked and raw in the middle (see photos). The gal taking my order was very nice where she was the only positive experience from this last visit. Sad to say Habit is going on our banned list :("
"This place has such delicious burgers! My personal favorite is the Santa Barbara Char. I love dining in because it’s very clean, bright, and has uplifting music. The music had me dancing in my seat while I was enjoying my burger. Definitely recommend!"
