Chipotle Mexican Grill

"What’s going on here? I understand a large business like Chipotle wanting to hire cheap laborers. But every-time I come in, I experience this because of the employees here. - long wait times to be served - wrong orders, employees randomly putting on toppings that were never asked for - ringing up orders wrong and being charged extra - employees yelling and dancing on their breaks at the dining tables and blocking walkways I love Chipotle. Can we fix this? You can’t expect an employee getting paid this badly to be good. Whoever the manager is here is doing a terrible job. (The young man with glasses who works the line, seems to be the only one who cares. He should be given some recognition by the team, but I’m sure that will never happen)."

"This location has the worst service I've ever experienced! Twice now I've ordered two burrito bowls with fajita veggies. Both times I've not received the veggies and no explanation. The bowls also seemed to only be half full. Both times I've ordered delivery and both times I've ended up driving to the restaurant, because there is no way to speak to an actual person on the phone. Both times I've been told they were out of veggies. The manager was quite rude both times. I was not offered anything for the issue, waste of my time or any type of consolation. The presentation of the burrito bowls definitely left a lot to be desired! I've absolutely loved Chipotle since before they came to Utah! This location used to be great!! Sadly, I will not be going back! And I highly recommend that you choose another food option all together."

"The manager at this location and the way he treats customers is absolutely DISGUSTING! The way he runs the store when his boss isn’t there is beyond unacceptable! Dude thinks it’s okay to raise his voice and speak down to you for absolutely no reason. He will sit and try to shoo you away and out the door by flicking his hands at you like he’s some rich privileged individual that’s better than you. He will sit and pretend like he can’t speak a lick of English when he doesn’t want to make an order. Dude is the worst night manager I’ve ever interacted with. Tell me how and why it’s acceptable to close the establishment at 10:30 when closing time is at 11? What’s even more pathetic is that this isn’t a once in a blue moon thing nope, nope every time this manager is working nights the establishment gets closed 30-60 minutes early! If you are advertised to close at 11 then you close at 11. Boo who if you have to stay 30-60 minutes after to clean up and close that’s part of working in the food service industry and part of closing protocols for most establishments including clothing retailers. Manager needs to do better or go find a job he can enjoy and that doesn’t involve working directly with the public cause he is horrible at it."

"Imagine the joy of being home that fresh chipotle bowl, you even got a coke and a bogo deal which was cooler than cool. You sit down and dig in, only a moment goes by and you realize there's no quac. No quac? You double check your receipt to see if you made a mistake and forgot to all the guacamole, the guacamole that you paid extra for. You thought "hey lemme treat myself" only it was a trick, not a treat. The guacamole was forgotten. Though I completely understand with being short staffed and I mean working at chipotle isn't the best job in the world. I am sad to enjoy this chipotle that will inevitably make me have the runs, I will soldier on and live without that quac. I also did not receive the fajita vegetables but those did not cost extra and I assumed they ran out but still sad. :("

"Help. Tonight I ordered a steak + carne asada salad and a bean + cheese burrito to go. When I got home, I opened my salad and began to eat it immediately. It tasted delicious and I’d only made it a few bites in when the taste became bitter and disgusting. I spit it out on my napkin and began to poke through the food to see if I could see something that would give that taste when I found I had been chewing on this bug. I immediately stopped eating and not only lost $20 and my dinner, but realized one of my favorite places is now ruined for me by a fingernail-sized beetle or some kind of Chrysalis IN my salad. Please let me know how you intend to remedy this situation."
