Pizzeria Limone

"Let me start off by saying that this restaurant makes the best salad that I’ve ever had (Cantana). That being said, I called today to place an order in advance because I was craving said salad, but running on a tight schedule. An automated system told me that their phone lines are “currently busy,” but they could text me a link to order online. I click on that link, and the platform shows that it’s going to charge me $1.50 service fee. I decided to just stop by the store that was on my way in case it wasn’t busy at noon; to my surprise, there were only six customers already eating and zero in line with six employees. So I ordered my salad, and they did get me quickly on my way. I get that it’s only $1.50, but there is a principle here. First of all, please don’t bend words by stating that your line is busy when there was clearly capacity for employees to be taking calls. (Not to mention, I looked up the corporate customer service, phone number before leaving this review, and had no problem getting through to them. They just said it’s company policy, and they would pass my feedback along to the owner.) In addition to that, I am very disappointed that this company would decide they are too good to talk to their customers, and then charge them to use a platform at the company’s convenience. Your salad may just be that good to where I can’t help myself but look past a company that makes me feel like a number. For your sake, hopefully that’s the case for all of the other numbers."

"The pizzas here are so delicious. We love the caprese pizza, and we have them add prosciutto. Yum! Just tried the special Bahn Mi pizza, and it's so good. Casual atmosphere."

"I've never seen a fast-service made-to-order pizza place before and I wouldn't have thought it would work, but it does and it's amazing! You order your pizza and they build it in front of you, like an Italian version of Chipotle, then throw it in their rotating stone oven and its ready in no time. The best part is the unique menu. We had the Pera pizza, which has sliced pears and pistachios on it, and the Banh Mi, which had Siracha pork, jalapenos, and marinated carrot and daikon. They were amazing. We also had their delicious flavored lemonade and a brownie, which is topped with lemon buttercream. I will be returning soon."

"I recently discovered your restaurant a couple weeks ago and was excited to introduce my 4 co-workers and family. I took my co-workers to the Cottonwood Heights location, and the 1st problem was that the person taking our order could not understand English. 2 of us were splitting a Salad and a pizza and she could not understand that we said we were splitting it, and we rephrased and said "sharing" it. She then thought we wanted 2 of each. Then, when we got our order, she had put in that we got a Pepperoni pizza. When it came out, we told her that was wrong before she put it down. We told her we had ordered the Burrata, not the pepperoni. She started to walk back, and then came back to our table and said "I was standing right there when you ordered and YOU said Pepperoni". We were all shocked at her brazen confrontation. All 4 of us were standing there when she ordered and she 100% said Burrata. We told her this and she continued to argue with us. It was absolutely shocking. It was clear that they messed up, and then to be accused like that was ridiculous, and we were all stunned. My co-workers said the food was great, but the customer service needs improvement and next time we would go elsewhere. Looking at other reviews- confrontation seems to be a normal here. Sad. Bottom line, the Menu is amazing, but unless something changes with customer service, you will be losing customers."
