Burger King

"I usually do not write reviews but, this one just got to me. I usually go in because the guy that runs the register is nice. Repeats the order. This time I went through the drive thru. My mistake because I repeated the order back to him. He said just pull forward. I had a bad feeling already. I say, ok, thank you. I pull up to the window. I get one bag and wait then hands me another bag and wait gives me the last bag. My kid is now crying. I don't check the last bag. Thinking these guys check but the drive thru guy just doesn't care apparently. Just one item is missing. I was hoping to feed my son. Long day already. Just me banging my head now because i need to make better decisions i can not count on fast food. He seems to hate his job. It happens, I get it. But I chose to go to burger King. Plenty of other restaurants to go to to spend money. Food was falling apart to. Just not a good place anymore. I'm sorry but my time is up never going back. I go there once every few months. Now it's never."

"THIS IS THE WORST BURGER KING I’VE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF GOING TO. The drinks taste like toilet water. They can’t get simple items right. I ordered an Impossible Whopper and got one with cheese and no toppings?!?! How does that even happen?!?! It was still an Impossible patty as well just devoid of everything that makes it good. Ik the teens they got back there are a little too stoned.. prolly why they don’t replace the syrup in their soda machines! I want this location shut down permanently.. God knows they got roaches"

"I went here Saturday 1/13/24 at 11:28. This is the best Burger King I ever been to in my entire life! I got 2 rodeo burgers and cheesy tots! The food was so good it didn’t taste like fast food it tasted so good so I don’t m what happens behind the scenes but shout out to the cook, the customer service lady! This food was fresh, the onion ring wasn’t even soggy and it just tasted good!! I know it’s just fast food but that’s how good it was I had to stop and do a review!"

"Came through the drive-thru on a Friday night at 8:45 p.m. was told there was no bacon for the bacon King, ask for a small drink for my kid and because she didn't want to remake it made me an oversized large cup of soda which we didn't drink because she can't have a giant cup, the fries were cold the lights were off. And a cheeseburger with no pickles ? Guess they are out of those too ? If it wasn't for the fact that they were super close to my house I wouldn't have gone in the first place. I don't know what's happened but this place is really gone down him. Used to be a great value. Now it's just a waste of money."

"Please BK, can we improve the service? I will not return to this establishment again. I placed orders through the app to save time. When I arrived, only 1 was ready. I had to wait for the second order to be located. When they assembled it, it came incomplete. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to complete the order. I ended up bringing it home to eat, as everyone had already eaten. And, as I also understand Spanish, I understood what the attendants were saying (but I won't put it here...). An experience I don't want to repeat. If I eat at a BK again, it won't be at this one."
