Lucky's Iron Door Roadhouse

"So there is another location that is 21+ only. This location has a bar and restaurant, but they are separated. The door for the restaurant is on the right. This is a burger joint that also has wraps. I ordered the hickory smoked bacon burger. For some reason, my burger wasn't cut in half like the rest of my group, and my bun was flaky, as in it started to fall apart a bit. Overall, our server was friendly and attentive, and it was a good value for what you pay. The burgers were big and they give you a lot of fries. They have a "spicy" fry sauce. I also had a bloody Mary, which I guess is off the menu, usually only for brunch. It was spicy good, but I would ask for less ice next time. It's worth checking out."

"Burger was OK. Really nothing to write home about. Medium = Well done. The bun was cold, and so were the onion rings. My beer was poured into a warm "stein." I was seated at the end of the bar, next to a drink station. Despite this being a "bar atmosphere" I didn't appreciate listening to the employees scream at the top of their lungs over my shoulder or the bartender make off color jokes. The service was mediocre at best. It took several minutes to get a beer poured despite there being 3 people tending the bar, and 2 additional people making drinks and running food."

"As someone who is a fan of Lucky 13 and not a fan of waiting a long time to get into a restaurant, Lucky's Iron Door Roadhouse is an amazing solution to get your Lucky 13 burger fix without the wait! This was my second time returning to this location and I'll tell ya - I'd have to say it may become a favorite of mine! While it doesn't have the exact original charm of Lucky 13, this establishment still offers a great atmosphere while trying to instill some of the same biker-bar influence of the original. One thing this location has going for it is the option to dine in either the restaurant or the bar while keeping the areas entirely separate. I have not yet experienced the restaurant side, but the bar side is great with ample seating! Also, I love the improvement in natural lighting in this location, hahaha. Now, for the star of the show - the food! One of my favorite things about their food is that although they are known for making a delicious burger with your standard beef, their veggie burger options has to be one of my favorites! They don't offer a beyond beef patty, which tends to show up on most burger menus now-a-days, and while that isn't an option, their garden veggie burger is so delicious! Now, one thing I have learned here is to not laugh in the face of the habaneros! MY GOD. I have had the Ring of Fire (sub-garden veggie patty and no bacon) so many times where I overdid it on the habaneros and the insides of my ears hurt from the HEAT that came from every bite. I have since learned that I enjoy the Ol' Man much better because it comes with similar burger toppings, and I ask for a side of the habaneros so I can add one to each bite, if desired. I would highly recommend this option and save you the pain. My husband ordered The Fungus Amongus and that was a change from what he usually gets, so he wasn't as big of a fan, but it was still enjoyable. I do have a habit of being so focused on the burger that the french fries are forgotten during my meal, but definitely don't turn a blind eye to these! Take them to-go if you don't finish them! They heat up very well in an air fryer, and if you're a fan of ranch, you have to get a couple extra cups to-go for dipping. You won't regret it! This restaurant is a "must try" for a tasty local burger!"

"Our family checked out this restaurant last night. It felt like a fun spot as we were seated. Our server was really nice, too. Our daughter ordered a veggie burger, which is an upcharge but she doesn't eat meat so we were glad for the option. The rest of us ordered. I wanted my burger cooked more. I can't eat pink burgers. They said no problem. When our food came out, they had made our daughter a regular meat burger. They took her basket, fries and all, & said they'd fix it. My burger was SO pink (see picture). One son, who doesn't mind pink burgers, got the only burger that had no pink (we had ordered different things so it was a blatant mix-up that shouldn't have happened). We tried sharing fries with our daughter & stalled eating the best we could but still ended up all finishing our food before she ever got her veggie burger. By then, even though we said we could wait however long, she didn't feel very comfortable eating so she took most of it home. We didn't even get to all eat together. They didn't bring back her fries while she waited so she could have some of her own food to eat. They didn't offer any kind of mitigation. They brought a box quickly, too, so they were clearly aware that she had hardly eaten. I didn't send my pink burger back because I didn't want to give them too much trouble but even the better cooked edges of it were not great. I would never get a burger there again. My husband got the peanut butter burger & was so happy with it so that is a star and our server was friendly so that's a star but I would not recommend the food or service to anybody."

"We had so much fun and the food was incredible. I would definitely recommend going hungry. They fill you with an amazing portion size of fries, onion rings, and a great entree. I loved the pig pen Burger and. The celestial Burger was incredible as well. Their fry sauce is very thick and goes great with their fries and burgers. I got the Cajun fries and I think that they are one of the first places places that actually knows how to use Cajun spices really well."
