"My husband and I have come here on a Sunday morning quite a few times. When we came on Easter Sunday, we were expecting it to be busier with longer wait times. It definitely was significantly busier, but we didn’t have to wait at all. We were sat immediately and after ordering, our food came out quickly and was just as good as always. Our server, Antonio, was very kind and swift. The manager, Carlos, was also very kind. He definitely knows how to run a restaurant!"
"Never had anything bad here. The pancakes are the best anywhere and all the food is prepared perfectly. Portions are ridiculous and flavors are amazing."
"Second visit, first visit was not very good. This visit - 25 min wait, sat at the counter, immediately ordered coffee/omelet. Food came rather quickly, noticed my spinach came outside of my omelet not in it, overload of onions, tiny bit of egg shell in it. After awhile the hostess randomly said “see if you had waited to sit out there, you’d still be waiting” which was odd… Overall, food was good, coffee was ok. Prices as expected for a diner."
"This place is absolutely disgusting, the service is terrible, the server was is absolutely ridiculous and rude, I wasn't allowed to sit and relax she rushed me out, and gave me my receipt 20 min of being in the restaurant, this is my first time being here and will be my last as well. The one who took my money was rude also. Bacon undercooked, bread super soggy. How sad that fast food restaurants do better than this."
"The service attitude was terrible and we will never come back again. There was a thin waitress in charge of our table, which felt like discrimination against us Asians. Always forgetting things we requested, such as paper towels, ice water, always requiring us to be reminded twice. From beginning to end, we were never asked if we were satisfied with our meal. When we finally checked out, we were given a bill that didn't belong to us, but luckily I checked. When the other waitress who helped us check out saw that we gave a tip of more than 5 yuan, she didn't say thank you and looked get mad. I feel very wronged and I must file a complaint. Because we have eaten food from this restaurant at other locations before, we have always had a good impression of this chain. I didn't expect tonight's meal would make me so unhappy. I hope the manager of this store can improve the service attitude of the waiters."
