"This is going to sound bad but up until recently this was our favorite Burger King in the entire state. The food was always fresh and the people were super nice (a few nerds and big Hawaiian guy)but recently there are new people working all three can barely speak English. Gets my order wrong everytime & food is cold. The guy at the window couldn't even say my total in English."
"I love getting a burger after work on my 45 minute drive home just to open and see they messed up my order. Contemplating whether or not it’s worth it to turn around on a $12 dollar burger to sacrifice an hour of my time is ridiculous. Not only is it $12, A price for a burger at a nice restaurant , but it’s also gas money on top of employees who can’t even answer the phone or show consideration. If you want to charge $12 for a burger, I would suggest that you make sure the orders you push are correct. If not, allow me to take it to another franchise that you own so they can do your job better for you."
"The employee with the Libra tattoo, and the gentleman with red hair at the drive through, went above and beyond taking our order. I'm sorry we didn't get their names. We were treated horribly at the Riverton location, and they made up for it at this location. Thank you!"
"I went through the drive through and purchased a whopper and a kids meal when I got up to the pickup window the manager asks again what I ordered. She clearly didn’t remember. I paid and picked up the food but when I got home discovered she didn’t put the hamburger in the kids meal. I was going to call them and let them know but they didn’t put the receipt in the sack. I looked the number up but no one answered. My granddaughter was pretty upset that she didn’t get her sandwich. I drove back and the manager denied not giving me the receipt and burger and I could see the hamburger still sitting under the warmer 30 minutes after I ordered. I love Burger King but won’t go to this location again! Too bad!"
"Really great food the whopper is a classic, still as good as I remember it! This location was super efficient, clean and organized, kudos to everyone there that made it a pleasant experience. Loved that their kids play place was actually nice!"
