"I went tonight for a late night dinner and I was so hungry. I ordered a beef and cheddar and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were so dry and so burned that I couldn't eat them. So then I switched to the beef and cheddar which I'm not sure how you burn it, but it was burned and tasted like chemicals. I wasted my money on really bad food when I was extra hungry because it's late."
"I work in fast food I know how it works It’s my day off I decided to order on doordash I can ramble but I’d rather not If I’m working like you guys are it’s crazy how you’ll give me half of what I ordered What really got me was my large fries were not large but were a medium in a large container & it seemed like the test fries, the ones where you discard it after checking if the oil temp is right, I know I’ve worked in fast food It was ROCK hard and wasn’t filled to the top so that’s how I know - I can survive off fries so that’s what really got me The new big cheesy bacon burger was lukewarm and the cheese were slapped on w no care you guys really gave me a chicken slider that seemed like it was made the night before and y’all just reheated it up bc ain’t no way, the bread and the chicken ROCK SOLID there’s pictures The least yall could do is give me sauces like I’ve requested so I can carry on my day making money so I don’t have to eat dry bland and old food The sauces would’ve made it better to scarf down! Not even a straw for my strawberry milkshake which was runny but that’s the only good thing out of this, besides the roast beef, again put the sauces in please"
"This ain’t a great Arby’s. Every time I order there’s ALWAYS something missing. I talked to someone about it and they shrugged me off. I was missing $10+ of food one time wanted to get a refund for the food I was missing and wasn’t helped. As far as opening at 10, they hardly ever have anything ready and most times the lobby is locked until far last 10. And on a few occasions, I’ve gone in the evening and they have started closing early and have sent me away. There are a few very awesome people here, but for the most part it’s just not great."
"If you are looking for a quick meal, this works. We stopped in for roast beef sandwiches, French dips, and a wrap. They were hot, fries were excellent and hot. The tables were clean. Service was quick. Remember, this is fast food, so don't expect restaurant quality, but you can't go wrong with Arby's."
