"I visit this location often with my family and genuinely enjoy the food. It’s not the cheapest fast food restaurant but I believe the quality of the food is better than most and seems to be cooked fresh. The reason for 3 starts is because they are now CHARGING FOR FRY SAUCE! Come on… this is Utah. I think that is unacceptable and when I spend nearly $50 on meals for the family and have to pay for sauce? Even the cheapest of fast food restaurants give out fry sauce for free. It’s not like they are limiting the amount of free sauces but you now have to pay regardless of how many meals or items you buy or how much money you already spent on food. The business has to rethink this strategy. When I was in the restaurant I was not the only one shocked at this. To be fair - they did have signs posted everywhere about it but honestly there are so many other places I could take my family and enjoy my food without that added annoyance. Note to management - there has to be a rethink of this insane strategy to up charge customers or look for another supplier of fry sauce (they used to be self serve in pumps in the lobby)"

"We usually order take out but on the few times we have been in the restaurant, it's been ok. Mostly clean they are quick to clean a table if they haven't had a chance to get to it because of staffing issues. The chicken and cashew salad is really good!"

"Slowest fast food out there. I've been in line for over 40 min and there are still 3 cars ahead of me waiting for food. They also give you your ice cream and then you sit there for 10-20 min waiting for your food. The line looks short because they make people pull forward and wait for their food so plan on a longer wait after you order and an even longer one after you pay. Plan on the ice cream being melted before you get your food."

"I went through the drive-thru and ordered a double scoop (half chocolate half vanilla). When I got to the window the employee handed me a single scoop cup partially full. It had the smallest scoop of chocolate and a tiny scoop of vanilla. I tried to reject the inaccurate order but the employee claimed he gave me the correct thing. I know the difference between a single scoop and double scoop order. The circled cup in the image attached is what is was given today. I took a photo to prove that I was given the signed scoop cup instead of the double scoop cup. I don't recommend this place. They had tearable service. Oh and also they suck at mixing your concrete all the way at the bottom."

"I went through and ordered a basic single. They charged me for a double, but got it corrected. I got lettuce, onions, pickles and ketchup. They gave me 2 slices of cheese and nothing else. It was gross, cold and horrible honesty. I went home and added my own lettuce, ketchep ect to it."
