"We placed an order from the app and were given the option to repeat a recent order. I selected that since we wanted what we’d had in the past. The salads were missing half the ingredients. I reached out on the app to report the problem. Apparently they had an app & website update that forces you to choose all ingredients now. I was told the order was correct given the new method for ordering. Why offer to repeat a previous order if that can’t be done correctly? You would think an employee might think that is a weird order and ask questions when we picked up. I didn’t even get the ingredients that the receipt shows I asked for extra of. Cafe Rio is usually great if there has been an issue but really missed the mark this time."

"I have tried so many times to give this location a chance and they continue to disappoint! I think this is one of the worst Cafe Rio locations. I'm not sure if it's poor management or a bad owner but this location needs some help. I have ordered many times and continually get the wrong order, missing items, or just bad food. Who gives out an order with chips and salsa and gives you NO chips? Tonight I ordered grilled chicken tacos and the meat was so dry, it was crunchy! I had to open it and look if tortilla strips from the salad got mixed in. There was also very little meat. It was as if you sprinkled burnt bacon bits in the bottom of my taco and then added a pound of lettuce. I would rather drive to another county, than visit this location again!"

"Definitely the WORST Café Rio ever. A complete mess, they had almost nothing. Also the smaller portions, as they had little production and many people needed to have enough for everyone. I will definitely never return! And I came back here to edit the review. While we were eating my wife found a gum wrapper in her food! That establishment is disgusting! If possible I would report them!"

"Quality of food has definitely declined. Ordered nachos to go. Got there early and they made them and handed to us. They were barely melted, numerous chips with cold cheese not melted at all. All the toppings were piled in the center. Leaving all the chips on the outside without cheese and toppings. This the second time this has happened with the nachos in 2 weeks, hence the review. Also, they forgot salsa. All this could easily be fixed Cafe Rio:)"

"This place is run by children, literally no one over 21 when we went in. Only 3 meats available when they were DEAD - 3 hours before closing. Wouldn't sub dressing for free even though they were out of 50% of the toppings. I would be embarrassed as the franchise owner, to have my name attached to this place."
