"VERY SLOW service, employees seem to not care how long you have to wait. They are interested in telling each other stories instead of focusing on customer satisfaction. I’ll be back, only due to the food."

"Good food, average service and the lobby was a disaster. Every table was dirty and remained dirty the 45 minutes I was there. Food all over the floor and the coke machine was dirty. The bathroom needed attention too."

It’s unfortunate reviewers are quick to give poor cyber ratings without personally expressing their needs they need met. Where is the higher road these days? Sheesh! I have seen younger employees and thank you Firehouse subs for taking a chance on the next generation and building skills-set, you’re admirable for that! Please don’t order if you’re focused on criticizing before just ordering for its satisfying flavors that Sub way cannot match (I said what I said). Be gentle with comes out of your reviews before you’re the one making sandwiches for entitled customers such as yourself! I choose to be positive, and this location has the right people doing their best to satisfy customers, maybe be the customer that is worth going to work for??? Anyway, I’ll be going again, these people were patient with my toddlers running around, corrected as attentively as they could my order and I not only appreciate the service, also the team-work I noticed with these young folks! "I normally love this fire house subs but the service that we got for something that wasn’t our fault was not right at all. We put in an online order for some sandwiches and they messed up one of our sandwiches and we called in to see what we need to do they told us we need to come in to have it fixed and they gave us the options of re make it or refund it normally at any other fast food place where I have had this issue they always make it right by doing both for making us waste our time by coming down there for having it remade. But that was not the case and not only that but they didn’t apologize or seem sorry and funny thing is that when we got the remade order it still wasn’t made right so if you are looking for a place that will make things right when they mess up I would not go here."

"They have pretty good sandwiches here. The firefighter theme is fun, plus the cause is great. My favorite is the cheddar brisket sandwich. Their bar-b-que sauce is also really good. They have a self-serve coke machine, plus a big assortment of hot sauces you can use."
