"The new crunchy shredded chicken tacos are the best tacos from any chain Mexican fast food. My wife says the chicken tortilla soup is better than the other up scale fast food Mexican restaurants nearby."
"Pretty good food, prices seem quite high, the lobby was clean, bathrooms clean, But if you don’t speak Spanish you won’t want to order here. I ordered in english but had to switch to Spanish in order to place an order. I find this unacceptable but otherwise it was 4/5 truly one of the cleanest lobbies I have seen."
"I went to Pollo loco like 20 minutes ago, asked for the original pollo bowl and they charge me two dollars extra. They were trying to convince me the combo doesn’t include a drink so that’s why they charge more. See the pictures for prof. You can see in the pictures that the Original pollo bowl comes with a drink and chips. It’s really unfair what they’re doing even if it’s just 2 dollars."
"There was a bunch of bugs in my drink, some STILL MOVING! It won't allow me to upload the video unfortnately. I couldn't believe how many there was though. I went back to show them so they could make sure to clean the soda machine or try to find out where the bugs came from. I was waiting a long time for my food initially so idk if they had them in the kitchen and they climbed in or came from the soda dispenser or just wherever my cup was. My other drink didn't have any but obviously all our appetites were done after that and whatever we had left of our food and drinks went into the trash. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I took my lid off to pour some for my son and it was almost gone already. I did get a refund for my drinks and they apologized but I think they should have refunded my whole order considering at that point who knows what else had bugs crawling in it. I will say the employee was really nice both the first time and when I came back around. Overall, I've eaten here several times before but wouldn't trust eating here again and would recommend grabbing some where else."
"Staff are the main stars at this restaurant. They are very patient, and very helpful. Tried the tacos, and the chicken in them was a bit dry. The salsas and guacamole were good. The churros were ok. It’s a good place if you’re short on time and want to get in and out quickly."
