"Most horrible grooming experience I’ve ever had. Appointment was at 2:30pm, got my puppy there by 2:15pm. They said it would take 2 hours…. 6:30pm comes around and he is finally done. During the wait I asked what was going on, they had not even started on him by 4:30pm because they had “gotten busy and people had to leave”. What was the point of having an appointment if they were accepting walk ins in front of our appointment? Then they charged me two extra $10 nondisclosed fees plus the $100 cost of the grooming. Horrible customer service. Some kind of service recovery would have been appreciated after spending over 4 hours waiting with no communication or apologies."

"I took my puppy to the groomer for his first grooming session, which included a haircut, shampoo, and more. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the groomer exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly skilled and took the time to explain each step of the process. She also shared any challenges she encountered and how she successfully addressed them. Her knowledge and expertise made me feel confident and at ease about bringing my puppy back in the future. I'm happy to say that both my puppy and I were pleased with the experience. Thank you to the groomer for providing such excellent service!"
