"Pizza arrived an hour later than promised. Was not hot. Did not taste like a Pizza Hut pizza usually does. Was not cut evenly (very large and very small slices intermixed). Forgot 2/3 of my drinks. The driver blamed the store for forgetting the drinks. Pizzas were scattered through the box, like they were not handled with care. Overall not a great experience. Will not order from here again."

"We had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut. Despite a longer than expected wait due to DoorDash, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They promptly remade our pizza and provided exceptional service throughout. We truly appreciated their attention to customer satisfaction and will definitely be returning."

"So a few months back I ordered the New Yorker. I hated it. It looked nothing like the ads and the sauce tasted nasty. I filled out the comments on the Pizza Hut website and they must have contacted the local manager because she sent me an email offering to remake the pizza or store credit for what I had paid. I wanted the store credit because there was no way I wanted that pizza type again. Today I went in to get a pizza and wanted to use the store credit. They told me no, that they would only give me another New Yorker. I never asked for them to offer a store credit but I accepted when they did. Now they refuse to honor what they promised. So done with Pizza Hut. I don’t do business with people who don’t honor their promises."
