"We ordered pizza, bread sticks, and sauce to be delivered. They were supposed to be delivered at 5:30. Since it was Super Bowl Sunday, we put up a 25% tip and in the delivery instructions, we asked that they shout GO NINERS when the food was delivered. We got nothing... No doorbell, knock, or notification (via text or email) that our food was delivered. Checked for our food at 5:30... nothing. 5:45, nothing. 6pm, still nothing outside and the update on the order said it was running late. If it wasn't for someone coming over, we wouldn't have known our food was sitting on our steps at 6pm... A half hour later than we asked. But the driver didn't deserve the 25% tip because they didn't notify us when our food arrived late, smashed, and cold!!!! NEVER doing delivery from here again!!!!!"
"Meh. It's fine for a quick pizza stop (when they aren't busy) kinda gross, they need to clean the waiting room and its loud sometimes so the workers have a hard time hearing you. It's mid. Pizza pretty good tho"

"They really need to hire more people or better people. 30 to 40 min wait times for a basic pizza 2 times in a row of visiting. The pizza was good but the place cannot handle busy times effectively"
"They didn't have any hot and ready pizzas. There seemed to be a lot of standings around, but it could be because they were waiting for pizzas to cook. They were really nice and asked if I had been helped a few times. Google took us to the wrong location. There were only two chairs and there were a bunch of us waiting for 10-15 minutes."
