"I've been a loyal customer of this pizza place for years. Recently, I ordered a pizza with a promised delivery time of 40 minutes. The app tracker stated the pizza was delivered and it was not. However, after waiting for 2 hours, I contacted the store, and they claimed the app provided the wrong address (which has never happened before). They suggested I either pick up my pizza or wait an additional 40 minutes for delivery, but it seemed clear they were not being truthful. Finally, received a cold pizza. In any case, I've decided not to order from this place again."

"Ordered online. Supposed to be contact-less delivery but they had me sign the receipt and handed the boxes over. Got the bbq chicken pizza and the cinnamon pull apart dessert. Both were very good. Delivery was fast enough it was still very warm. The crust of the pizza is amazing! Very happy with my order quality and the relatively easy online ordering."
