"You basically have to beg for fry sauce. You can order a whole basket of fries, and ask for a few packets, and they will still only give you one. And the attitude if you dare ask for more is shocking. What a joke."

"Young kids working and no one else in the drive through or in the restaurant and all gave serious attitude when all we ordered was one blizzard and one cone. Terrible service. On top of that my blizzard didn’t even have one of the major things it was supposed to have in it. I’d recommend the other Dairy Queen. I remember why I stopped coming to this one."

"I have been a huge supporter and frequent Dairy Queen at least two times per week on average. I live off 200 north so the Dairy Queen in the Chevron has been a huge convenience to go through the drive thru. In the past few months, my husband and I have noticed the lack of interest from the staff , especially in the evening times, the horse play, orders messed up, and most recently a male staff arguing over a sundae with me. I ordered a large hot fudge sundae with nuts and whipped cream. When the drive thru helper tried to hand it out the window to me, I noticed there was no nuts and whipped cream. I then reminded the young man at the window, the order was supposed to have nuts and whipped cream. He then argued with me that it doesn’t come that way. I said , I know that’s why I asked for nuts and whipped cream. The drive thru worker took it back and nuts and whipped cream was thrown on it and it was then handed out the window. The ice cream was not damaged in anyway, but it was not an effort I would have liked to pay for in the future. It saddens me as I have been a huge customer of theirs here in Cedar City for over 30 plus years. With the constant horse play from the staff and not caring about orders, as this was not their first mess up, several times, I will be staying away from Dairy Queen for quite a while ."

"I was just at this location a few minutes ago, and their service was wonderful! There was a minor mistake with our order, and as soon as we asked, it was immediately resolved with so much kindness. The woman at the window was so so sweet, I really appreciated her welcoming and attentive attitude."

"Customer service was fantastic. Just the food is real bad. Onion rings I received were so over cooked it hurt my teeth. And on my sandwich I received an entire slice of onion, no not a ring, the whole mf slice. I could look past the onion rings being over cooked but my "onion sandwich" I cannot. Oh and no receipt either so I can't go back and get it fixed."
