HTR Pediatric Therapy

"From the very first evaluation appointment we have felt nothing but the warm welcoming atmosphere. Our son is 3 and we use both the Tulsa and Bristow location. We have Speech with Karin and Occupational therapy with Lindsay. I couldn’t imagine doing this without them. They have both been not only knowledgeable but so kind and caring for our son. You can tell that HTR really strides themselves in finding employees who really care for their jobs and patients. I will forever be grateful for the love that they show my son even on his hard days. He has made huge strides just in the few short months he’s been seeing them. From a mom who was terrified of the unknown with these appointments I will tell you I’ve never had more faith in a company and team with my child. Seeing the way his face lights up when he sees Karin and Lindsay gives me all the confidence I need in them. You will not regret using them."

"We have been going here for therapy in the past and everything was fine. We brought our daughter back in for a speech evaluation which is covered by our insurance and they also told us it was covered, but the attach diagnosis codes to the claim which makes the visit not covered. When we called to speak with the billing department the person was immediately defensive and hostile. She refused to speak with someone at our insurance provider and demanded that I call the insurance as she wasn't going to sit on hold. The insurance rep even stated that if they dropped the diagnosis code that the eval would be covered, but they refused. The therapists there are great, but the billing person is horrible."

"My 8 year old daughter saw Kim and Kelly for PT and they were so kind, caring, knowledgeable and had outstanding bedside manner. They explained things to my daughter in a way that she could understand and collaborated to come up with a plan of care. I am so encouraged that my daughter is finally going to get help for issues that have really made her very miserable. My daughter says Kim and Kelly are her favorite medical providers! Really excellent care, these ladies are absolutely in the right profession! I would give 100 stars if I could!"

"It's only been our second visit, but I just have to say that I love the atmosphere, I love the staff. Everything about HTR seems warm and inviting. We come here for feeding Therapy with Karin and she has already helped so much in understanding what is going on with my son which indirectly is also helping me to understand how to help my older stepchildren as well. She is very knowledgeable in her field. Therapy is fun for Edgar and I know that we're at the right place to get the help/treatment that he needs. From day one I could tell that each therapist really care for the children who come here. Regardless of if they're being seen by them or not. Absolutely amazing place I'm so glad we were referred here❤️"
