"Excellent food, outstanding service, and great ambiance. In the middle of hesitation, a moment of courage, then some anxious moments of quiescence while patiently waiting for the Soup of the Day, a Spicy Beef Sandwich, and Sweet Tea. Sweet tea... a distinct flavor for sweet tea for sure. I enjoyed the herbal taste of the tea, with just the right amount of ice, carefully measured so as not to overwhelm the taste of the tea with excess ice. Courteous attention, and then after a few minutes, the food is served, and I experience a unique and tasteful sandwich, carefully crafted; yes, crafted to invade the senses with bursts of flavors from carefully picked herbs and spices, combined with spicy beef on wheat bread; fresh as spring water. The tables clean, the place austere, with music playing in the background. A little loud, you could say, but who is listening when you are enjoying such good food? Maybe that is why the music is played as is; can't have one sense have all the fun!"

"Ordered breakfast items and soup; always try the soup. Bacon/ eggs / sausage were fresh . Nothing special. Chicken & rice soup ($7) bowl was about one half filled. Probably 5 oz max . Tasty, but presentation was lacking ; half the bowl, cmon! Fresh fruit was nice touch. Ambiance was Jr HS cafeteria."

"Ordered a salad with chicken and a burger. The burger tasted like something from a school cafeteria and the chicken was extremely dry. We wanted to support small and were excited as we had heard good things but unfortunately neither dish was edible."

"Dropped in for lunch to try it out and see what the rave is all about for healthy options. Food is amazing!!! I built my own bowl and it did not disappoint. So fresh and the sauces, set-it-off! I am needing to kick myself in gear for some weight-loss and exercise and this place will definently help with the easy to choose from places in a busy day. Staff was helpful and curtesy to make suggestions and friendly to welcome me in. Glad I found a new spot to hit the craves when I want something out!"
