I feel for the person writing scathing comments. I hope you get well. I know it’s frustrating. I wake up in pain every day and wanting to lash out. However I don’t blame a kind lady trying to make me feel better. If your insurance sucks take it out on them."

"Jocelyn is a horrible provider. If you continue to read these reviews you will continue to see her name come up, for bad reviews. I was told at my initial new patient exam that I had multiple autoimmune disease and she would run a bunch more tests and would call with the results. A week later the nurse called to tell me they would not tell me where my pain is. I know where my pain is it is my body. I want to know what autoimmune disease I have. I was told I would have to wait for a one month follow up to see. I called and got it moved up for the next week. At my appointment I was in a lot of pain and she was very rude to me. I asked what autoimmune disease I have. She stated there is several and unless I want medication she will not diagnose me with any of them. I feel forced into taking medications for a disease that they will not even tell me what it is. Then i asked for something for the pain i am currently in. It has been 3 days the steroids are not working, and i was told there is nothing they can do to help. A Dr. is suppose to review my file. I can't even get the results from the tests they ran. How am i suppose to agree to medication if I don't know what disease or diseases I have. I got the office manager involved because I have a right to a diagnoses, of course Jocelyn lied and said she can't give me one because all the results aren't in yet. I said they all showed that they were received in my chart last week. She is very rude, unprofessional, and i feel uneducated. And if you disagree with any of there services or ask about natural remedies, you are dismissed and there is no help. Meanwhile your left in pain with no answers and they billed my insurance for all the tests but refuse to give me a diagnose, unless I agree to medication."

Michelle Dockray, NP came in the exam room and she was the sweetest most caring medical provider I've EVER been to in my life! She has answered Every Single question I've had and she goes over and beyond to help me. My appointments are always a happy experience and her nurse Kami is awesome too!
