"Absolutely horrible experience! I only saw the PA, never a Dr. I was given a pair of crutches even tho I had a pair (that wasn't up to the PAs standard, I guess), then was billed for $142.21. I wasn't told I had to pay for them, I could have gotten the same crutches at Walmart for less than $50. I do NOT recommend this office! 1 month later, still no resolution!"

"Here we sit in the waiting room waiting to be called back, one hour after our scheduled appointment. I asked at the desk what the wait time is looking like and was just told another 45 minutes!! IN THE WAITING ROOM. She said the Dr is running behind. This same thing happened last time we were here. I'm over it."
"I am 76 years old, and had a total knee replacement of my right knee 15 days ago. My surgeon is Dr. Travis Small, and he did a wonderful bit of orthopedic surgery on my knee. This surgery was complicated by a prior fracture of my right femur. The metal plate attached to my rt femur extended down close to my rt knee. During the procedure, Dr Small had to remove 3 screws from the plate which were a possible interference in placing the new knee. Dr Small uses computerized robotic assistance in some cases, and did so in my surgery. The femur fracture is an old wound so removing the screws causes no concern. Dr. Small completed the surgery, and I am recovering nicely. I was walking on day 1 with a walker and began walking without a walker in my house.on day 4. I am at day 16 now, and I walk everywhere on my own. I’m cautious, careful, and a might slow, but confident. Pain? Of course. I am pain free now, except for time spent working on regaining flexibility I’m my new knee. I have great confidence in Dr. Small, and would highly recommend him."
"They don’t keep their appointments! I had THREE afternoon appointments and all THREE were cancelled due to the “dr.” having to be in surgery. I never even met the dr. His PA took care of me. And she was not available when he wasn’t available. I only gave 1 star because I had to to be able to leave a comment. Fair warning... DON’T GO HERE!"
