They repeatedly sent a referral in house to a physician that had not been there for several years, despite me finding an appropriate specialist and giving repeatedly giving them the proper fax number. Meanwhile my daughter's symptoms worsening."
"We scheduled an appt for 2:30 pm for a broken bone, and have sat in the lobby for an hour. We show up early (as a courtesy) and are asked to sign a paper stating we will be on time or risk losing our appt, etc. Where is the courtesy of being on time for your patients? What kind of service and care does this display?"
