I don't know what that means so I called office for 3 days and no one returned my call I left my name and call back number this is unacceptable"

If you’ve experienced a crisis this is the care you can expect. Have a major heart attack? You’ll have your first follow up visit with your surgeon 11 months later. Unless they cancel and setup another appointment for you 6 months after that. Express concern regarding not being seen and you’ll get a call from the management where they will aggressively berate you for going to seek an appointment at St Francis with a cardiologist willing to see you in less than a year after your life’s biggest emergency. Ask them to calm down and be professional - as your wife and parents are listening to the call and they will get so flustered that they hang up on you. That’s how you get cancelled as a patient I suppose? I simply wanted to find help - a support system - advice. Maybe to thank the man who operated on me. But that is not an option when your nothing but a number and a claim. So when your life is in the balance and the best possible care is what you seek - literally go anywhere else. It could be the most important decision of your life."

"Dr. Brewster is wonderful! But what in the world is up with the receptionist?! No one ever answers the phones here. I’ve tried calling to reschedule my appointment multiple times and I dread calling because I always have to wait for 20+ minutes and I never know if I’m going to get through! It’s so frustrating!!"

"Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone for appointments? I had my appointment cancelled the day of that I waited 2 months for “due to a computer outage that caused a security threat” and was told I would receive a call back for another appointment. 2 months later no one has called me. I called today and waited 20 minutes. Hung up and tried again and waited 10 minutes. Gave up, then someone called me back and when I answered they HUNG UP ON ME. So I tried calling again and waited another 10 minutes. You are a doctor’s office, what the hell kind of place are you running where you cancel people’s appointments and won’t answer the phone?"

"They were the best however when I called today to confirm I'm on the "waiting list" they informed me that they're computers are down and will be for the NEXT 3 weeks to one MONTH. Having congestive heart failure who could wait that long to see their cardiologist, no one! Horrible service do they truly care? December 4th 2023 3:22 pm Not sure if dated but just called Oklahoma ❤️ again and got a wonderful receptionist who was patient and kind and explained more to me once I told her that Fox News informed me of them being hacked. She forwarded me to Mae, in scheduling, and Mae was curt and rude and when I finally got the chance to say "I'm a CHF patient and am gonna cut you off because ur being rude" she said "Okay have a nice day" and disconnected the call. Who are y'all hiring? I say you need to vet ur employee's better! Horrible service yet again."
