"I understand how business works, definitely not so familiar with the medical side of it. I came in with my younger son, him having terrible stomach pains only to find out the wait time is between 30min - 3 hours. The waiting area is filthy the nurses were ok. Definitely recommend going down the street to either Hillcrest or Saint Francis. OSU needs to invest more money in this facility. You need to do better"

"My wife recently had to have two major surgeries back to back including a craniotomy. We were very impressed and satisfied with the doctors and all the staff. They went above and beyond explaining everything and attending to our every need. I realize they have to deal with a lot of grumpy sick folks. I don't know how they manage to do that and remain so kind and professional. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you."

"Had my second child here didn't think the experience would be all that great with it being a learning hospital but I was so wrong! Loved everyone in labor and delivery...I would like to send a shout out to the day and night shift Dr Lillie both dr browns dee Shannon Brigitte nikki the guy that gave me my epidural etc and all the residents great job!!!!"

"Good luck if you're thinking of applying/working as an ER patient service rep. The supervisor Jennifer D is a nightmare, the managers Amber E and Jennifer P allow it, and HR will do absolutely nothing to protect you no matter how many times you go to them. I wish the current employees in that area the best, they deserve better."
