"I am not at all happy with this store. I had them check my battery and they said it was bad. I did not buy it from there but it was only 3 months old. So I bought a new battery, took the old one to where I bought it. It needed to be charged. My alternator was the problem, so not only did I but am unnecessary battery, I had to get an alternator too. Not good business"
"Update I contacted corporate about the mistake. They got all the details and looked into it. About a week or so later I was contacted and told that I would be reimbursed. I then was contacted by a manager at this location who said he had a check for me to pick up. I was only anticipating the reimbursement for the parts I bought from them. They not only reimbursed me for that but paid for the cost of the professional break job I had done because of the mistake. I am very impressed with the customer service and going well beyond what I was asking or expecting. Bought rotors and pads for a brake job on my truck. (I have stock brakes) They started to squeak after a few weeks and the squeak got worse with time. Took it to a shop to find out the rotors O’Reilys had sold me were the wrong size and too small. The brake pad was not making full contact and wore down unevenly. Had them replaced at they shop because I didn’t want to mess with it again. O’Reillys refused to refund my money without the old parts. (Parts got scrapped by the shop before I had time to go to O’Riellys). Wasted my time and money because a clerk didn’t take the time to clarify which rotors were needed for my truck."
