"The techs from Minute Clinic that are found the COVID-19 testing are rude, incompetent and lazy. I had an appointment booked 72 hours pre-flight and drove 30 miles to the appointment only for him to tell me he canceled my appointment because his computer was down. He refused to re-book me for 2hours later when computers were back up and just told me to go somewhere else. What a jerk!!!!!"
