"Terrible service Walgreens at 171st and West Center road Omaha, Nebraska. They kept sending me texts When so when I finally went in there they said I couldn't get the flu shot had to register on line which the pharmacy tech said they've always done. That is not true, I've always gotten the flu shot there just had to fill out paperwork. I'm on a walker due to a broken leg and she had me walk from one place to another. Clearly this person had no clue what to do. Went to Bakers walked in got my flu shot no problem. Never will I go to Walgreens again!!!"
"Review of the pharmacy. We didn’t know the pharmacy hours and went in shortly before 8pm to fill a prescription for an ear infection. Pharmacy assistant said they’d start filling our prescription right away. Shortly after that, with no other communication, they closed down the pharmacy counter and peace’s out for the day. At some point the pharmacist received our prescription but did not get it entered into the Walgreens system, so by the time we realized they were closed and went to the nearest open pharmacy the RX was no longer visible as a request and couldn’t be processed anywhere else. This turned a fairly simple prescription pickup into a fecal explosion of a night. Do not recommend."
"The senior citizen LISA the team lead is the reason for the 1 star. She does the bare minimum all the time and does not like to help customers. She is very clueless with her job. She is always so eager to throw situations off to other employees or to the 1800 number. Can never answer questions even simple ones. She plays it off as a sweet old lady but once you ask her one question or ask for help she turns rude real quick. Needs some training."
