"Tried going to the store on a Sunday when it opened, nobody ever showed up, came on a Thursday night at 5pm…not open, lights still off. Go somewhere else instead on wasting time. Or call first!"
"My wife took me to get an embroidered hate for our anniversary and the guy made a small mistake so he tried again and somehow the same exact letter was missing so he said I could come back Monday at 11 and once we arrived we waited untill 11:15 or so before we just left because the store is was still closed and came back the next day at 2 and it was closed again so I’m out $60 and I can’t even talk anyone from the store"
"We had an excellent experience with this store today. A gentleman named Mason assisted us. Mason was extremely friendly, conscientious, and he did an amazing job on the embroidery. He even stayed a little late after closing to finish the job. This type of work ethic is hard to find anywhere these days. Our company will be placing future orders with this Lids location thanks to the fantastic job done by Mason."
