"I had a computer put together for me by a friend who had been an amateur years back. After disconnecting something vital inside the PC tower with a can of compressed air one afternoon, I had decided to bring it in to Computer Builders Anonymous to have it fixed. I had paid a reasonable price for four hours of labor after finding out this computer was practically put together with two screws and a prayer all this time. I got the PC back and it looks much better than before. Nearly every evening for about a week I had an update from Andrew who was rebuilding my PC and I had the comfort of knowing how it was progressing. I also appreciated their newest associate, Jane, who was extremely pleasant to talk with. Jane was very conscious about explaining things to me in a way that I could very easily understand. Not once did I feel belittled or was answered to in a condescending manner which was something I had been afraid of since I've never gone to a business like this before and hadn't known what to expect. (I also need to mention how pleasant the building smells, the fans in my build seem to be emanating the lovely fragrance too-- that's a delightful plus) Overall, I'm very pleased with my computer now, more than I had been before-- because I've discovered features about the PC tower itself that I didn't know about before because it was amateurly assembled all those years ago. Every aspect of my build works as it should unlike before. I'm looking forward to coming back to upgrade some outdated parts in my build in the future when I'm financially capable of doing so.
