"I was surprised to read all the positive reviews about one of the employees on here as I had a very different experience. I booked her for PMU makeup and was concerned when I met her as her makeup was overdone in an unsettling way. It made me instantly question her judgement on makeup choices. She ended up doing an Okay job yet the second round of permanent makeup I got ended up faded after only a few months. Her interpersonal and customer service skills were horrible which made my experience unpleasant. Some of the interactions I had with her are listed below. -She didn't return emails regarding medication that I requested for a lip blushing appointment. -The prices quoted were never honored and I was always charged more. -There was one time I had an early morning appointment. I was waiting for someone to help me in the lounge and I heard her loudly in a different room complaining about customers. She didn't even have the common sense to complain about customers during off hours. She did it when customers were present! Yikes! -She pre-charged me a deposit but told me she might have to cancel the upcoming appointment if she couldn't find a babysitter. All of these interactions were so unprofessional!!! The whole process of getting PMU done by her was so unpleasant!!! I haven't been back since."

"Carey was amazing she greeted me with a smile and was real sweet. I had a full set done. We sat down and she asked what I would like and she gave me exactly what I was looking for. Love it!"

"I had a minor adjustment needed after an eyebrow wax and was apprehensive about “complaining”. At the urging of my daughter who loves Lash and Co, I did call and air my issue. I was immediately treated with respect and listened to, truly heard. I came right back and Kat greeted me and had a solution that made sense to me. It’s easy to be great when the circumstances are as expected. But to trouble shoot an issue with professionalism and compassion is rare. Thank you Lash and CO and Kat. We all just want to be heard and you did that. Five stars!"

"I've been a long time client. I recently went in for injections they were unable to use my alle points and informed me they would follow up it's been a week and no phone call. Also I've been doing my lashes for over 3yrs and Katie was my go to untill she said she would no longer be doing lashes to focus on management but every time I go in she is doing someones lashes??? Looks like I'll have to find another location to go to."

"I’m visiting my family and was in need of a lash fill and a facial. I looked up Lash Company and was hooked up with Alexandria. She gave me an amazing facial. She’s such a pro, very relaxing and my skin looked amazing. But most of all, she did a fill on my lashes, and really gave me a great education on my lashes and what I should be doing a Lash professional when I get back to San Diego.
