"I had an appointment, I went in asking for a Blonde caramel hair look, and I asked for my hair to be cut medium length, I told her I wanted a ombré look to it also, She started dying my hair without asking a lot of questions and I was getting kinda concerned and confused because I told her I wanted my ends lighter, She started bleaching my hair and put me under the heater. As I was waiting she started having a nerf gun fight with her other co worker and It was really unprofessional, I didn’t even know what was going on with my hair or anything, She then Toned my hair and it literally looked like all the bleach was gone and now I had no bleach and it was all Grey, I did not ask for a gray haircut, Then she got it all over my shirt and acted like it was okay. I’m never going back to nights and sticking with my girl raquel in the morning. Then made me pay 230 for this."
