"Very upset! Writing this review for my wife who paid $240 plus tip to have her hair dyed Full highlight blonde. Hairstylist Sarah did a poor, and incomplete job. Also failed to communicate well with my wife. She tried to resolve the situation with the manager who at first said she would not charge to correct issue, but then backpedaled and said she would charge for product to fix issue. My wife had shown the hairstylist pictures of what she wanted before starting (second two pictures) hairstylist later, claimed that she had never even seen one of these pictures. Have noted several other negative reviews with this organization. We feel like our money was wasted, and will not do business again. my wife chose to go here only because her usual stylist had a schedule conflict, went back to her usual stylist, who indicated that the highlights that were done did not even go to the root, and noted that some sections were skipped completely. First two photos show incomplete work done, second two photos were photos that my wife showed to the hairstylist before beginning as to what she wanted."

"I faithfully see Erika every four months for highlights, cut, and styling. I can’t tell you how many compliments I receive after each visit on the expert cut and color! Erika listens, advises, is open to any photo I share, and most importantly is an extension of my family as all the stylists are at Capelli Salon! Thank you, Erika for the fresh summer cut, color, and styling this morning! I think this will be perfect for Shelby’s wedding later this year in Mexico!"
