"Have you ever felt like taking $275 out of your wallet, wiping your butt with it, and flushing it down the toilet? Me neither. Well, that's what happens when you go to this place. Paid $275 and took 5½ HOURS for a very young lady who appeared to be working under another stylist (who knows really because she didn't speak English to ask her) to do all over color plus highlights. If we were in a very relaxing spa/salon where we could enjoy the atmosphere and have great customer service with a bonifide hair stylist, yes, that would make sense, but this was a hole in the wall and there were no additional services provided. It was cramped waiting on folding chairs and the ammonia smell was overwhelming. They had 6 stylists/hair interns (?) bumping elbows into each other because their areas are too close together. My mom's hair turned out okay, but so does everyone's hair cut and color, that's not a mullet, to me. So it's really not saying much."
"Great talent and service Adriana and her team always give the perfect cut and make you feel welcome. After a bad cut with lots of damage to my hair, Adriana nursed it back to health. I won’t go anywhere else."

"Ok I have a fear of going to hair stylists as is because not everyone knows how to cut long hair I came in for a TRIM my hair was down to my waist and left with my hair pretty much at shoulder length, she didn’t wet my hair prior to cutting so my ends are pretty much split and she was talking on the phone the whole time as well ignoring my request to leave my hair long needless to say IM NEVER COMING BACK if you love your hair length long I do not recommend"
"I scheduled an appointment a week in advance because I’m going out of town and need my hair re-layered, toned and highlighted and when I showed up for my appointment the owner and stylist made me leave because my 2 year old won’t wear a face mask and because they said they can’t have kids waiting! I would rate this salon as unprofessional and would give them zero stars because they should’ve told me when I called to schedule the appointment. They missed out on a lot of $ so their loss! I would not recommend going here! It’s a hole in the wall in the ghetto. Go somewhere else!"
