"I went in here for an emergency underarm wax and was disappointed I should have said something. They were double dipping the same wax stick! That is very unsanitary do not recommend for waxing needs."
"They ended up charging double what their pricing online says and the quality of the paint job on both nails was horrible. One the polish was spotty and inconsistent. The other had bubbles the tip was painted farther down than it should have been and shape of the nails was horrible. My daughters first trip to get their nails done with their Chrismas money and the were extremely upset."

"I have been here several times but the last few times have been very disappointing. When you are paying for someone to provide a service to you that they claim they're professionals at, you should expect quality service. Unfortunately the last couple times I've come my nail tech has either been watching a football game on his phone or talking on speaker to someone almost the entire service not paying attention to the quality of work they're providing which has left my nails very lumpy. I don't understand how they don't notice how lumpy they are. There are other nail techs in the salon that I would like to give a try before I quit going all together."
