"I love this brand and was so excited that this store opened but I had a really bad experience yesterday. I was in the store yesterday around 5pm and the greeter in the front ignored me when I came in and then when I asked questions she seem super annoyed with me. I thought about leaving and just buying my things online because of how bad the service was but the other rep who put me in the dressing room and the one at the registers were very kind but I will not be going to this store again. I will just buy online."
"WORST customer service. We called the store before close (7:45pm) for a certain item. They said they would hold it for 24 hours. We go out of our way on a drive to Aspen, to pick these up. Show up at 1pm, and they don’t have them. They put them back out that morning and sold them. The girl said they don’t write the times in the holds (which is the absolute worst process or lack of). Wow."
"Out of all the athleisure brands, this was by far the worst experience in shopping and overall customer service. In the store, I was desperate to find help and couldn’t. Everyone was so young and not at all familiar with their products or processes. Beyond that, they were rude and extremely unhelpful. For such an expensive brand, it would’ve been nice to have had a better overall experience. Definitely will not be shopping here for that reason alone. There are better brands out there that you’ll actually enjoy shopping at too, highly recc beyond yoga and lulu"
"Love this location! Everyone is so nice and supportive. Returns and exchanges are mad easy. I can’t remember names but the Latino girl and the guy with the Dark hair who was taller were great sales employees."
